Job Description
The Technical Services Manager leads the Technical Service and Development team, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and enhancement of technical service programs, customer support systems, and product development. This role is crucial to ensuring that our motorcycles maintain superior quality, performance, and reliability, and that our customers receive world-class service and technical assistance.
Qualifications:
Education- Graduate of any 4-year course
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management is an advantage (any relevant engineering degree)
- 7+ years of experience in motorcycle service, product development, or technical operations.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Any leadership training experience is an advantage
- Preferably with Certificates on (Lean Management, Six Sigma)
- For Vocation Course Motorcycle / Small Engine Servicing NC II or Automotive Servicing NC II certificate from TESDA
- Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle systems, including engines, electrical systems, suspension, and braking.
- Proven experience in managing technical service teams and improving after-sales service processes.
- Deep understanding of motorcycle product development cycles and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze data (warranty claims, failure reports, customer feedback) to inform product and service decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication
