JOB DUTIES:

Additionally, the individual must evaluate content performance and make necessary improvements, ensuring the most relevant and up-to-date information is available for users at the right time.

REQUIRED SKILLS (Most Important):

• Exceptional technical writing skills and knowledge of industry standards/best practices for technical documentation with demonstrated ability to absorb and explain complex technical concepts in clear, concise and impactful language.
• Ability to construct and write technical articles in a short amount of time for diverse audiences using various content organizational skills such as: table formatting, content blocking, simplifying language for complex workflows and procedures
• Experience writing instructions for users of a mobile app, telecommunications, or other technical product
• Proven experience aligning with writing and editorial style guidelines while putting user’s needs first
• Skilled in redesigning and reformatting content that uphold existing guidelines standards
• Able to optimize content across multiple prepaid cellular brands to deflect customer contacts by making information easy to get to, simple to understand, actionable, and accurate
• Experience assisting teams with content lifecycle management and other content improvement initiatives
• Analyzes systems and writing processes to identify opportunities to improve quality of content articles
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to gather information and validate its accuracy
• Able to extract accurate information from SMEs and stakeholders
• Experience with chatbot dialogue flows, web pages, and other user experience flows
• Ability to adapt writing style for multiple audiences
• 2+ years of writing in various platforms and systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce, Google Workplace, and Microsoft 365.
• 4 or more years of Product/Development Management Experience
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Planning, Time management, and Organizational planning skills
• Product and/Customer Support Experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Excellent prioritization skills
• High standards for informational accuracy

• Ability to manage and produce time sensitive outcomes for multiple projects and tasks using task management tools
• Knowledgeable in Visible Brand
• Experience integrating rich media such as images, animations, infographics, and video
• Ability to empathize with customer experiences
• Familiarity with CMS (Content Management Systems)
