Part-Time College Instructor - Multimedia Arts

Job Summary
We are seeking creative, industry-driven, and student-centered Multimedia Arts Instructors to join our academic team. The Part-Time Multimedia Arts Instructor delivers engaging, industry-relevant instruction that develops students' creativity, visual communication, design thinking, and appreciation of art and culture.
The role teaches the following subjects:
- Art Appreciation
- History of Graphic Design
- Color Theory
- Portfolio Preparation and Exhibit Design
- Advertising Principles and Practices
- Philippine Arts and Culture
- Branding, Advertising, and Marketing
The instructor prepares students for creative careers through practical, project-based learning while fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation in the classroom.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field
- Experience in teaching, training, creative direction, design, advertising, branding, or multimedia production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional or creative work
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or related software) and other industry-standard creative tools
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Passion for mentoring aspiring creatives and helping students build industry-ready portfolios
- Deliver engaging instruction in assigned Multimedia Arts subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, projects, and learning materials aligned with the curriculum
- Teach both theoretical concepts and practical applications in multimedia arts, design, branding, advertising, and visual communication
- Facilitate project-based learning, critiques, portfolio development, and creative presentations
- Monitor student performance and provide timely coaching and constructive feedback
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in academic meetings, school activities, and faculty development programs as needed
