Schedule: 5 days, Variable, 2 days off not on a weekend during EST US Time zone)
Rate: $6.00 - $10 Per hour depending on experience
We are a fast-growing cruise travel business seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant / Project Manager. This full-time, remote role requires expertise in HubSpot, CRM tools, reporting, automation, and campaign execution. You’ll manage day-to-day systems and tools that support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Tools You’ll Use:
HubSpot – CRM, email marketing, and newsletters
ODY Promotion Management Tool – Cruise promotions
GA4 + Looker Studio – Analytics and reporting
Zapier – Automation between systems
Website personalization and product recommendation tools
Mailparser.io – Extract data from email
Private Label Tools – Build and manage cruise affiliates using our tool
Responsibilities:
Manage HubSpot CRM and workflows
Set up and track promotions using ODY tool
Run analytics and performance reports
Execute automations using Zapier and Drop Cowboy
Support phone/chat operations via CloudTalk and Intercom
Help manage private label cruise websites
Organize team training with LMS tools
Requirements:
2+ years of admin/project management experience
Strong HubSpot and CRM knowledge
Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio, and reporting
Excellent written/verbal English skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn fast
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Preferred Experience:
Cruise, travel, or e-commerce background

- A quiet, dedicated home office setup (away from domestic and street noise).
- Your OWN Equipment Desktop/laptop with:
- Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5
- 4GB+ RAM (8GB preferred)
- Windows OS / Mac OS
- Sound Card, Speakers (optional)
- Min 15” Monitor, preferably 2
- A quality virus and spyware protection and activated firewall
- Professional headset for the highest quality calls (e.g., Jabra Evolve 40 Stereo – Bluetooth / Earphones are not allowed). NOISE Cancelling.
- Stable wired broadband (no satellite or wireless). Broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) Note: Satellite, Dial-Up or wireless is not allowed. You will be required to test the connection
- Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).
- Backup power solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.
