The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to support the smooth execution of data and analytics projects by driving internal coordination and ensuring operational excellence. This role is central to keeping our delivery teams aligned, on schedule, and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
Working across multiple concurrent projects, you’ll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project schedules, tracking task completion, and ensuring accurate reporting and time management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring delivery efficiency and keeping project operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Coordinate internal resources across multiple delivery teams to meet project timelines
- Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Track task progress and ensure accurate, up-to-date information in the project management tool
- Monitor team workloads and manage competing priorities across projects
- Review timesheets to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines
- Produce and distribute weekly project status reports for internal and stakeholder review
- Support project leads in risk tracking, issue resolution, and milestone management
- Maintain consistent documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Support, or Delivery Operations
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
- Confident using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed team environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep everyone aligned and informed
- Familiarity with timesheet systems, resource planning, and status reporting
- Bonus: Background in analytics, IT, or data delivery projects
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 6am-3pm PH time

- Homebased; must have strong internet at home; Equipment is provided.
