This exciting opportunity is ideal for self-driven individuals who want to take part in shaping a new sales engagement model that combines financial literacy advocacy with income protection solutions for employees.
As a Worksite Marketing Officer, you will be provided with a fixed monthly allowance plus commission-based earnings as you promote voluntary insurance products directly to employees of partner companies. You’ll also support our Financial Advisors and Account Management teams by conducting financial literacy sessions, servicing accounts, and assisting in field activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Worksite Engagement- Deliver financial literacy (FinLit) sessions and product presentations to employees of partner companies.
- Promote and sell voluntary insurance and protection solutions designed for the working Filipino.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of pilot campaigns.
- Partner with Financial Advisors during nesting phases to help open and develop new accounts.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations and provide timely follow-through with prospective policyholders.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Corporate Solutions Team to implement worksite activities.
- Build trusted relationships with HR personnel, employee representatives, and account stakeholders.
- Personally service accounts you close to ensure excellent client experience and loyalty.
- Participate in wellness fairs, enrollment days, and other corporate activations.
- Provide feedback to improve marketing strategies, campaign tools, and sales scripts.
- Act as a brand ambassador, helping define the Worksite Officer role for future expansion.
- Education: College graduate; business, marketing, or communications background preferred.
- Experience: Sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred but not required).
