JOB DESCRIPTION
Relationship Management - Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with banking partners and financial institutions, acting as a primary contact and building trusted advisor status.
Strategic Development - Identify and nurture strategic alliances and partnerships that align with the organization's vision and goals, with a focus on mutual success.
Project & Initiative Management - Drive the alignment of partners with new product initiatives and lead critical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Contract & Compliance - Oversee partner contract compliance, manage contract negotiations, and ensure all agreements are followed.
Problem Resolution - Serve as a senior escalation point for partner-related issues, working with internal constituents to find and implement solutions.
Business Development - Identify new business growth opportunities through existing partnerships and act as an evangelist for the organization's offerings to banking partners and financial services players.
Internal Collaboration - Facilitate engagement between partner resources and internal teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership.
Performance Monitoring - Manage partner profitability and performance, ensuring that the partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with business objectives.
