Lift Technician | Metro Manila

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lift Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment reliability.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing of vertical transportation equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues affecting elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct operational testing and safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Assist in the installation, modernization, and commissioning of new or upgraded elevator systems.
• Prepare service reports, inspection records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding maintenance schedules and technical concerns.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company tools, testing equipment, and service vehicles.
• Adhere to occupational health, safety, and quality standards during all field service activities.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance, emergency call-outs, and after-hours support when required.

• Licensed Elevator Technician or equivalent technical certification is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment diagnostics.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in the field, including elevated work areas and confined spaces.
• Willing to travel to project sites within Metro Manila and render overtime or emergency support as needed.
• Able to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality.
