Key Account Manager

Job Scope:
- Prepare sales forecasts, strategies & action plans on a monthly/yearly basis.
- Data gathering of critical information which will help the company to win the bid.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Prepare presentations & correspondence related to customers.
- Ensuring that they fully understand the customer’s business and requirements
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and quality.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships through regular visits.
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contact services.
- Quality account management.
- Immediate solution to resolve clients' concerns.
- Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company personnel.
- Coordinate with the concerned department to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Determining the appropriate order and negotiating with the manager.
- Recording sales and order information and coordinating with concerned personnel
- Sales performance review on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Assist in the follow-up for the collection of payment
- Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
Reports Needed:
- Sales Funnel Report (Weekly /Monthly)
- Daily Call Report
- Weekly Itinerary
Problems/Issues encountered for the month (if any), Action Plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder of Engineering, Advertising, Marketing or a like
- With sales experience in the same industry.
- With excellent presentation, PR and negotiation skills
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional late work if required
