Job Scope:

  • Prepare sales forecasts, strategies & action plans on a monthly/yearly basis.
  • Data gathering of critical information which will help the company to win the bid.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Prepare presentations & correspondence related to customers.
  • Ensuring that they fully understand the customer’s business and requirements
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and quality.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships through regular visits.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contact services.
  • Quality account management.
  • Immediate solution to resolve clients' concerns.
  • Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company personnel.
  • Coordinate with the concerned department to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Determining the appropriate order and negotiating with the manager.
  • Recording sales and order information and coordinating with concerned personnel
  • Sales performance review on a weekly & monthly basis.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Assist in the follow-up for the collection of payment
  • Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.

Reports Needed:

  1. Sales Funnel Report (Weekly /Monthly)
  2. Daily Call Report
  3. Weekly Itinerary

Problems/Issues encountered for the month (if any), Action Plan

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of Engineering, Advertising, Marketing or a like
  • With sales experience in the same industry.
  • With excellent presentation, PR and negotiation skills
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional late work if required
