Strategic Support: Implements project-related goals, budget planning/tracking, and ensures policy and process compliance.
  • Administrative Functions: Manages calendars, meetings, travel, communication, and payments for executives/departments.
  • Event Coordination: Organizes logistics for activities, events, and engagements.
  • Records & Assets: Maintains documents, contracts, supplies, and vehicle fleet requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Handles supplier coordination, proposals, and contract-related documents.
  • Compliance & Development: Follows company policies, receives supervision/training, and contributes to reports and special projects.
  • Collaboration: Coordinates efficiently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • With Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or any business course.
  • One (1) to two (2) years related work experience (May accept fresh graduate with Excellent scholastic record; with leadership potential).
  • Proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • With a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in using various MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word including other software/programs like SAP, Smartsheet, and/or ESAS.
  • Can deal and handle non-critical problems and tasks relevant to project support.
  • Proactive, result-driven, and process-oriented mindset.
