Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Associate/Bachelor's Degree of Finance/Accounting or any course.
• With at least 3+ years of experience in billing and invoice processing. Familiarity with vendor or 3rd party billing is an advantage.
• Proven knowledge in understanding transaction based services.
• Foundational accounting knowledge.
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written.

Job Description:

• As a Billing Specialist, you are tasked in preparing and submitting customized invoices for large and complex commercial client accounts.
• Ensure a timely and accurate invoicing in accordance with contract terms—whether on a daily, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
• You are accountable for completing monthly reconciliation reports using tracking sheets to confirm that all invoices are submitted within the appropriate billing cycle.
