About the Role
We are looking for US GAAP Accounting Analysts who will support controllership and financial reporting activities across multiple countries. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented accounting professionals who want to expand their experience in a global, fast-paced shared services environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, performing month‑end close tasks, and maintaining compliance with US GAAP. This is an individual contributor role with high exposure to international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end General Ledger (GL) activities
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Perform month‑end close activities (3‑day close cycle)
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Conduct country-level financial reviews
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial information
- Use SAP as the primary ERP; utilize other tools for reporting and documentation
- Support internal controls and finance process improvements
Qualifications
Must Have- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related accounting field
- 3–5 years experience in accounting, GL, auditing, or financial reporting
- Strong technical expertise in US GAAP
- Experience using SAP
- Month-end close experience
- Strong background in balance sheet reconciliation
- CPA (preferred but not required)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Shared services or multinational company experience
- Exposure to IFRS
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proactive, meticulous, and willing to learn
- Ability to understand business context beyond transactional accounting
- AI-related or Excel certifications
