Sales Engineer

We are seeking for a confident and motivated Sales Engineer with 2-3 years of experience that can achieve monthly sales quota, has the ability to build a strong relationships with customer and expand social network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering
• 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales and Engineering
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure engineering projects and sell products or services in line with the company targets;
• Prepare technical proposals and comply with clients' request for estimates and quotations;
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections and product demonstration;
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers in compliance with the company policy;
• Achieve monthly sales target;
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams ensuring a hassle-free turnover of projects;
• Strengthen relationship with existing clients and foster greater connections;
• Provide pre-sales and limited post-sales customer service as needed;
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.
