Job Summary
Strategic Synergy Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Technical, Sales, and Support Departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a slight background or interest in marketing to assist with basic promotional and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clerical support to Technical, Sales, and Support teams
- Prepare reports, quotations, presentations, proposals, and internal documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and departmental activities
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Assist in coordinating marketing activities, client engagements, and promotional materials
- Support social media posting, event coordination, and basic marketing initiatives when needed
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
- Assist with invoice processing, purchase requests, and office documentation
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related field
- With proven experience in administrative work or office support functions
- Background or familiarity in marketing is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
