Job Summary

Strategic Synergy Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Technical, Sales, and Support Departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a slight background or interest in marketing to assist with basic promotional and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Technical, Sales, and Support teams
  • Prepare reports, quotations, presentations, proposals, and internal documents
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and departmental activities
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Assist in coordinating marketing activities, client engagements, and promotional materials
  • Support social media posting, event coordination, and basic marketing initiatives when needed
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase requests, and office documentation
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or related field
  • With proven experience in administrative work or office support functions
  • Background or familiarity in marketing is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
