Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Marketing Assistant to join our talented team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp.' in Dasmarinas City Cavite. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

• Assist in the planning, implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Provide support in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, social media content, and email newsletters
• Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and analyse data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing databases, and processing invoices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a real estate marketing or administrative role
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools
• Knowledge of marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Strong sales skills with the ability to generate leads, engage clients, and support marketing efforts
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
