We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all accounts receivable transactions
- Ensure timely billing and collection of payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare AR aging reports and collection updates
- Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
