As we continue to grow, UHA Caregiver Academy is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounting Manager to join our Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of experience in leading Accounting engagements or finance team
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Understanding of internal controls and auditing
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports
• Manage daily accounting operations
• Supervise and guide the accounting team
• Handle budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting rules
• Monitor cash flow and expenses
• Coordinate audits
• Improve accounting processes
