Production Supervisor

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure achievement of production targets and schedules
• Lead and manage production personnel including operators, packers, and material handlers
• Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and production efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance for machine repairs and mold changes
• Ensure product quality through inspections and strict adherence to production parameters
• Monitor material usage, enforce correct mixing ratios, and minimize production waste
• Maintain accurate production reports, downtime logs, and manpower records
• Coordinate closely with inventory, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics industry preferred)
• Knowledge of injection molding and blow molding processes is an advantage
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours if needed
