Sales coordinator

Job Description

1. Ensuring high customer satisfaction by assisting customers with the order process and answering queries.
2. Performs the following activities:

1. Creation of Order Slip/Quotation Forms based on customer Purchase Orders and/or Proposals/Supply Contracts or inquiries, whichever is applicable.

1. Assists in the preparation of Sales Reports and Presentations and other related tasks.
2. Prepare and send quotations to prospects or inquiries and execute strategies to obtain confirmation of such, enabling the achievement of sales targets.
3. Assist in strategizing, conceptualizing and execution of campaigns and promotional activities of the company.
4. Assist in gathering of data for the implementation of social media enagements and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies and sales goals/targets.
5. Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. At least (6) months to one (1) year of continuous experience in the related field is required;
2. Educational attainment: A graduate of any business-related course.
3. Possess good moral character, hardworking, a team player and can work with minimal to no supervision.
