Job Description

As a Talent Attraction Advisor, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic, "always on" campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll focus on elevating our employer brand, optimizing digital presence, and driving candidate engagement across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage digital Talent Attraction campaigns across multiple channels, including region-specific platforms (e.g., WeChat).
• Conduct SEO research and performance audits of career sites; deliver actionable reports to stakeholders.
• Develop content and employer branding strategies that reflect our values and culture.
• Partner with regional teams to understand hiring needs and tailor campaign efforts.
• Manage and update career pages and digital profiles to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and optimize campaigns using KPIs, analytics, and data insights.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must-Haves:

• At least 2 years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Background in Talent Aquisition/Recruitment

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with region-specific platforms and marketing approaches.
• A creative approach to storytelling and content development.
• Experience supporting employer branding or talent attraction initiatives.
