We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ace Hardware Philippines' in Baliuag, Bulacan. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Hiring potential applicants
- Assisting with the recruitment process, such as scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining candidate records
- Answering employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including payroll, benefits, and compliance
- A collaborative and customer-service-oriented approach
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
