Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and customer engagement
- Lead and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of merchandising plans.
- Assess retail outlet performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with store managers and retail partners to ensure alignment on merchandising initiatives.
- Review sales data and market trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed records and submit regular reports on merchandising activities and results
- Assist in refining merchandising standards, best practices, and operating procedures
- At least 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations, preferably within the consumer goods sector
- Solid knowledge of retail practices, visual merchandising, and inventory control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Familiar in Cagayan De Oro, Northern Mindanao retail landscape and holds a valid driver’s license (preferably).
