We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This role is designed to develop future leaders who will oversee daily operations across our food service, retail convenience, and fuel station businesses.Trainees will undergo structured training and hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team supervision, and business management.
Key ResponsibilitiesUndergo comprehensive training in restaurant, convenience store, and fuel station operations.
Assist in daily operations including customer service, inventory management, and sales monitoring.
Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational policies.
Analyze sales reports and assist in implementing strategies to improve performance.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Support branch managers in administrative and operational tasks.
Participate in leadership development and performance evaluations.
Qualifications/Requirements
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
