Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & E-Commerce Associate to support various marketing initiatives and digital platform operations. This role combines HubSpot CRM expertise, e-commerce product management, and basic graphic design capabilities to drive execution across campaigns, website updates, and client-facing deliverables.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment and enjoys working across marketing, sales tech, and digital merchandising projects.
What Youll Do:
- HubSpot CRM Management (Top Priority)
- Manage HubSpot automations, email flows, segmentation, and contact database to support lead nurturing and campaign execution
- Build and monitor workflows, email campaigns, and marketing performance dashboards
- Maintain clean and accurate records and ensure full optimization of HubSpot capabilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align campaigns and support business objectives
- Website Product Uploads (23 Month Focus)
- Upload new products to the companys DIY e-commerce website (Deco Network and Main Shopify site), ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, images, and tagging
- Coordinate with the development team for product configuration, especially as new features like embroidery are introduced
- Support testing and updates as part of the launch process
- Basic Graphic Design Support
- Assist in creating simple visual assets such as mockups, promotional banners, and branded content using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Support a short-term campaign offering free merchandise mockups time commitment may vary based on demand
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual consistency
What Were Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience using HubSpot CRM or equivalent marketing automation tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing product uploads or digital content on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce)
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
