Marketing & Growth Operations Specialist (AI-Augmented Marketing Execution)

You will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute SEO content calendars and publish blog posts.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage AI tools: Jasper, SurferSEO, Mutiny, Instantly.ai, Clay.
• Generate webinar content and manage event promotion.
• Publish case studies and whitepapers.
• Continuously A/B test email and landing page optimizations.
• Collaborate with Sales for MQL qualification hand-offs.
• Maintain campaign and KPI reporting dashboards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing execution.
• Strong SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising skills.
• Highly comfortable using AI platforms (or willing to master them fast).
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, Trello/Asana preferred.
• Organized, high-attention to detail, execution-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in lean, fast-moving startup environments.

Performance Metrics:

• 300+ MQLs generated within 90 days.
• 6+ blogs published per quarter.
• Maintain >3x ROAS across paid campaigns.
• Website traffic growth of +20% MoM.
• 1 new whitepaper or case study every 45-60 days.
