Music Production Staff (Transcription & Karaoke Production)

We are looking for Music Production Staff to join our team in creating Japanese karaoke tracks.

This job involves transcribing existing songs by ear and recreating them using either live instruments or Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) to achieve high quality.

Job Description

Transcribe existing songs by ear and recreate them using MIDI or live instruments.
Produce karaoke tracks.
Arrange, select instrument sounds, and perform basic mixing.

Job Requirements

Strong ability to transcribe by ear (accurately reproduce chords, melodies, and rhythms).
Experience with MIDI programming and DAW software (such as Logic, Cubase, Studio One).
Basic knowledge of music theory.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Familiarity with Japanese music is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Ability to play live instruments (guitar, bass, drums, etc.).
Basic mixing and mastering skills.
Experience in arranging music.

Additional Job Details

This is a full-time on-site job with office address at Cebu City.
