Creative multi-media specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field – with strong foundational knowledge in design principles, visual storytelling, and multimedia production.
- Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and presentation platforms like PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Experience in video production and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital content including branding materials, promotional videos, infographics, and multimedia presentations.
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills to build, manage, and improve creative asset libraries, design templates, and standard operating procedures for visual output.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with the capacity to translate complex business concepts into compelling visuals and align creative outputs with client narratives and brand standards.
B. Job Summary
The Creative Multi-Media Specialist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality creative services that support both PFBC’s internal initiatives and the unique needs of its family business clients. This role involves developing engaging visual and multimedia content—including videos, graphics, presentations, and digital assets—that communicate PFBC’s brand, values, and services.By collaborating closely with consultants and project teams, the Creative Multi-Media Artist ensures that all visual materials align with client goals, family narratives, and PFBC’s standards of excellence. Whether it’s crafting compelling storytelling tools for client engagements or creating promotional materials for PFBC’s programs, the artist enhances the firm’s ability to communicate effectively and memorably.
Beyond content creation, the Creative Multi-Media Artist is also responsible for building and continuously improving PFBC’s creative media system. This includes organizing digital asset libraries, standardizing creative processes, updating templates and design frameworks, and ensuring consistent visual identity across platforms and outputs.The role is strategic in nature, contributing to the long-term mission of PFBC by strengthening how the firm communicates complex, multi-generational business challenges and solutions through visual media. As part of an integrated consulting approach, the Creative Multi-Media Artist helps ensure that every creative output supports PFBC’s mission of guiding family enterprises toward sustainable and enduring success.
C. Duties and Responsibilities- Develop innovative multimedia designs and solutions within the constraints of cost and time including but not limited to film set designs.
- Illustrate and explain concepts by designing the layout of art and copy with regards to the arrangement, scale, type size and style, and related aesthetic and business concepts.
- Develop and design projects by gathering information and data through research and collaboration.
- Contribute ideas and design artwork to collaterals, standard templates, report documents, advertising materials, web images, presentations, etc.
- Use multiple technologies and artistic methods to make motion graphics, characters or scenes in film, advertisements, website design, animation, or video.
- Create storyboards and plot lines to further develop a story for an animated film or a video presentation.
- Use different technologies and elements like typography, images, and music to develop a unique work for marketing or learning and development programs.
- Create two and three-dimensional designs using modeling programs. These programs help make images move and permit characters to start interacting with one another on screen.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a range of projects including promotional materials, films, Web pages, illustrations, and multimedia presentations.
- Assist the marketing team in the development of branding images, videos, and audio for channels such as: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, Metacafe, LinkedIn, Anchor, etc.
- Leverage on alternatives to YouTube such as Vimeo, Metacafe, Dailymotion, Veoh, The Internet Archive, Crackle, Twitch, The Open Video Project, 9GAG, and TED Talks.
- Assist the consulting team in the photo and video documentation of engagements, personal and company branding, and client projects.
