What is the job?

The Senior BSA Analyst is responsible for conducting complex KYC, CDD, and EDD reviews for high-risk customers and industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts KYC, CDD, and EDD reviews for high-risk customers and entities
• Investigates customer profiles, transactions, ownership, and sources of funds
• Identifies financial crime risks, including money laundering and reputational concerns
• Prepares investigative summaries with findings, risks, and recommendations
• Reviews AML alerts, monitors high-risk accounts, and escalates suspicious activity
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains confidentiality of data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Legal Studies, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in BSA compliance, AML compliance, KYC, CDD, or EDD roles.
• Experience conducting high-risk customer due diligence reviews.
• Experience working with high-risk industries and complex customer investigations.
• Experience in banking systems, AML platforms, or compliance monitoring tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
