What you'll be doing
The Process and Data Analyst is responsible for process documentation, workflow analysis, data analytics, and performance monitoring. The role contributes to the preparation of analytical insights used for strategic planning, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement.The analyst facilitates process reviews, assists in training activities, and provides implementation support for approved initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and accuracy of data used for performance evaluation.
- Conduct process mapping and workflow studies.
- Support the annual strategic planning cycle.
- Prepare KPI performance monitoring tools.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize data.
- Conducts training and assists with documentation related to projects.
- Support implementation of approved improvement initiatives.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a process and data analysis role, preferably in the service, hospitality or healthcare industry
- Experienced in using process mapping and improvement methodologies,
- Has data analysis and data visualization skills and proficiency in Excel and dashboarding, Ability to use coding languages for data analytics
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
