Manila - Events Specialist

Position Overview

The Events Operation Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and activations with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. This role involves logistical organization, supplier coordination, and on-ground support to ensure the seamless execution of events, particularly within Philippine festival settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for the event team, talent, and stakeholders.
• Ensure travel arrangements are cost-efficient and aligned with the event schedule.

• Source and manage suppliers, including venue providers, caterers, and equipment rentals.
• Oversee supplier contracts and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

• Assist with on-site event setup and tear-down.
• Provide operational support during events to ensure smooth execution.

• Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to and from event locations.
• Monitor inventory and ensure all logistical requirements are met.

• Collaborate with the events team to assist in planning stage programs and run-of-show.
• Support promotional activities, including social media, advertising, and audience engagement.

• Proven experience in events management, particularly in Philippine festivals or large-scale activations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistical coordination and supplier management.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.

• Familiarity with event technology and promotion tools.
• Knowledge of local cultures and traditions in the Philippines.
