The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate to join our team at Anytime Fitness JY Square Mall, Cebu City. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the Anytime Fitness brand, driving membership sales, building strong relationships with prospects and members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, fitness, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand through outreach, events, and community engagement activities.
- Drive membership sales and achieve individual and club targets.
- Conduct facility tours and membership consultations for prospective members.
- Present membership options and effectively communicate the value of Anytime Fitness.
- Generate, track, and follow up on leads through various sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, prospects, and local partners.
- Process membership applications, agreements, and related documentation accurately.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support club events, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Work closely with club staff to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new members.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional club environment.
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, fitness, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Outgoing personality with confidence in engaging with people from different backgrounds.
- Customer-focused with a passion for health, fitness, and community building.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
