APPOINTMENT SETTER

Report to: Team Leader

Department: Operations

Appointment Setters provide support to a company’s sales team by calling prospective clients and schedules appointments. Provide general customer and administrative support. They’re responsible in contacting leads to generate appointments.

Essential Qualifications:

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
We are looking for fresh graduates with no work experience

Communication Skills:

Clear and professional spoken and written English.
Ability to actively listen and handle objections.
Strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
Confident and display enthusiasm

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using phones, email, chat, and appointment scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar).

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Sales Orientation:
Basic understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification.
Confidence in initiating conversations and setting up meetings with potential clients or leads.

Onsite work setup - IT Park, Cebu City

month project-based contract - can be extended

Salary: 18k base pay (up to 22k package) + incentives
