Job Opening: Operations Manager – Healthcare Account (BPO) Location: Onsite in Ortigas | Night Shift Salary: PHP 100,000 - PHP 140,000 (based on previous salary)
We’re Hiring! We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage operations for a healthcare account in a BPO setting. If you have solid experience in the healthcare industry within a BPO environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the healthcare account.
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and meet business goals.
- Handle client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics.
- Must have solid experience as an Operations Manager in a healthcare account in BPO.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Ortigas.
- Flexible to work night shifts.
- Can start ASAP.
Salary Range: PHP 100,000 to PHP 140,000, depending on previous salary.
