Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries for telecom services
- Provide basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Document customer concerns accurately in system tools
- Follow standard scripts and support procedures
- Ensure timely and quality customer assistance throughout interactions
Qualifications:
- At least HS/SHS graduate
- A2 CEFR English communication level
- Willing to work onsite
- Open to mass hiring deployment (51 headcount requirement)
