Procurement Officer

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely procurement of required materials.
• Maintain complete and updated procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, supplier information, and transaction history.
• Organize and manage filing systems for all procurement-related documents (both physical and digital).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of material and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, discrepancies, and concerns.
• Review and verify purchase requests and supporting documents.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and documentation.
• Assist in contract management and supplier performance evaluation.
• Handle issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
