About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Team Leader to join our dynamic team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support Specialists, and Sales Agents to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the contact centre team, including scheduling, workflow management, and performance monitoring
  2. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to develop their skills and improve performance
  3. Set and achieve team and individual targets for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and sales conversion
  4. Implement and continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective problem-solving
  6. Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions
  7. Foster a positive and motivating team environment that encourages employee engagement and retention
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a customer service, technical support, or sales environment
  2. Proven track record of leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in data analysis and report generation to drive informed decision-making
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in customer service, business management, or a related field
