Operate Production Machinery and Equipment

o Set up, run, and monitor machines or production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Follow Manufacturing Instructions

o Adhere to work instructions, product specifications, and process guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent output.

Inspect Products During and After Production

o Perform quality checks to identify defects or deviations and ensure final products meet required standards.

Maintain Clean and Organized Work Area

o Keep machines, tools, and the workspace clean and free from hazards; follow 5S or housekeeping standards.

Ensure Safety and Compliance

o Follow safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.

Perform Basic Machine Maintenance

o Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance like cleaning, lubricating, or adjusting machinery components.

Document Production Data

o Record quantities, defects, downtime, or other relevant production data in logs or digital systems accurately.

Assist with Material Handling

o Load raw materials into machines, move work-in-progress or finished products, and manage packaging or labeling.

Support Team Efficiency

o Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth production flow and resolve issues quickly.

Follow Shift Schedules and Deadlines

Work according to assigned shifts and meet production targets or deadlines as instructed by supervisors.

Participate in Training and Continuous Improvement

Attend training sessions and contribute suggestions to improve safety, quality, or efficiency.

Report Equipment Failures or Process Issues

Notify the supervisor or maintenance team promptly in case of breakdowns, malfunctions, or product defects.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage but may not be required.
Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods, lifting materials, and performing repetitive tasks.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.
Can follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Has good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of operating production equipment or machinery is an advantage.
