We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team for an International Account at Radius Global Solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct call audits and provide feedback to improve agent performance
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Prepare quality reports and performance analyses
- Collaborate with Operations and Training teams
- Ensure compliance with client and company standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a BPO/international account
- Experience handling international accounts
- Strong analytical and coaching skills
- Knowledge of KPIs, QA tools, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite
