HR OFFICER

Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the HR and Admin Head in managing day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate must have knowledge across all HR facets, with hands-on experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR and Admin Head in implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
• Direct structured new-hire orientation paths to maximize retention and minimize ramp time.
• Facilitate both in-person workshops and virtual webinars for diverse employee audiences.
• Conduct organizational surveys and interview managers to pinpoint skills deficiencies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of completed modules against organizational key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting and screening to onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and activities.
• Provide administrative support for HR and office-related matters as needed.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in general HR functions, with focus on recruitment and compensation & benefits.
• Familiarity with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
