About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the International Marketing Group as an in-house Architect. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of innovative facilities in Makati City Metro Manila.Your work will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth and expansion into new markets.
What you'll be doing- Design and develop architectural plans for new facilities and renovations of existing buildings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project designs meet regulatory requirements and company standards
- Oversee the construction process, including managing external contractors and vendors
- Provide technical expertise and support to the marketing and business development teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations in facility design
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architect, with a strong track record of designing and overseeing the construction of healthcare facilities
- LICENSED Architect
- Proficient in using CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
