Marketing Strategy & Excellence Head - Global FMCG
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive marketing excellence by establishing frameworks, tools, and processes that enhance brand building and campaign effectiveness. Partner with global and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities.
- Design and deliver marketing capability programs (e.g., brand building, digital marketing, consumer insights, innovation). Identify skill gaps and future capability needs across the marketing organization. Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to embed capability programs into talent development plans.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI. Lead marketing performance reviews and benchmarking initiatives. Support data-driven decision-making through insights and analytics.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior marketing leaders, providing thought leadership and guidance. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, R&D, and external partners. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or marketing strategy within FMCG or related industries
- Proven track record in marketing capability building and transformation
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, and digital marketing
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus
