Cashier / Sales Associate

About the role

As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a crucial part in achieving our business objectives.

• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases
• Operating the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions
• Stocking shelves, maintaining store displays, and ensuring the sales floor is well-presented
• Answering customer inquiries and responding to their needs in a polite and helpful manner
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure store environment
• Supporting the retail team with other store-related tasks as required

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably as a cashier or sales associate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail to handle cash and card transactions accurately
• A friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
