About the role

Aromate Philippines Co. Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance (Pharmacist) to join our team in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and operations comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and support HUHS regulatory and quality requirements within the manufacturing facility
Ensure manufacturing operations comply with FDA Philippines regulations, GMP, and applicable international guidelines
Prepare, submit, and maintain FDA applications and licenses (LTO, CPR, product notifications) related to factory operations
Review, implement, and maintain SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing documentation
Support production activities by ensuring regulatory and quality compliance throughout the manufacturing process
Assist in internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections
Coordinate with FDA and other regulatory bodies regarding manufacturing-related concerns associations

What we're looking for:

Licensed Pharmacist (PRC)
Familiarity with FDA requirements (LTO, CPR, product notifications)
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of quality and compliance in manufacturing
