Digital Marketing Officer

Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that the company website is easily found by the target audience. Optimising website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM). Coordinate and enhance the design and functionality of a company website.

Digital marketing / Social Networking

• Responsible for managing the online presence and brand of a company. Social networking tools such as: Facebook, Twitter and Google+ allow businesses to engage with their consumers in real time.
• Develop digital strategies that would increase online presence, ad reach and customer base.
• Review effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for all website content and for creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met.

• Manage content of company’s ecommerce sites, keep information updated and handle transactions and inquiries.
• Coordinate request for returns with sales team and warehouse
• Responsible for converting website visits into online sales. This is often achieved by making the online shopping experience as easy as possible and by introducing special deals

• Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with brand identity
• Design marketing collaterals such as but not limited to presentations, emails, brochures, flyers, posters, and online ads

• Timely submission of reports
• Zero error in data and reports
• Zero error in processing ecommerce transactions

Qualifications:

Must be graduate of BSBA in Marketing or any related field

With at least 3 years of experience in the retail industry

With experience in tying-up with school universities or other organizations
