We are looking for a highly creative and driven Digital Marketing Associate who thrives in an agency environment and has a strong eye for content, branding, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and creative copy for social media, campaigns, ads, captions, websites, and marketing materials
• Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to support campaign strategies and content development
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setup
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand objectives and audience behavior
• Coordinate and collaborate with different departments for campaign execution and project alignment
• Monitor trends, social media insights, and audience engagement opportunities
• Support content scheduling, community management, and campaign reporting
• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions

Qualifications:

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Can work independently while effectively collaborating with teams across different departments
• Willing to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Able to manage multiple projects, accounts, and deadlines efficiently
• Experience in content planning, Meta Ads, or digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Design skills are not required
• Fresh graduates with strong creative and writing skills are welcome to apply
