BARISTA & SALES ASSOCIATE
A Barista and Sales Associate is responsible for both retail and café operations. They work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right ones for them. They craft quality coffee and maintain the store’s cleanliness and ambiance.They must have excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in store sales.
- Having accurate product knowledge
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and café beverages and food according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, customer seating, and restroom facilities
- Clear and clean tables after customer use, and restock service areas as needed
- Monitor and take care of café supplies and equipment. Communicate restocking needs
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista, Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly with a customer service focus
