Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and organized.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving deliveries.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college level is an advantage.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge is an advantage.
