Job Summary
Manage Accounts Receivable operations across local, export, trade, and intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate postings, reconciliations, and timely reporting. Leverage SAP S/4HANA to support high-volume AR processes, resolve issues, and assist in month-end close and audits.?
Key Responsibilities- Post and review customer payments for local, export, trade, non-trade, and intercompany transactions
- Clear advances, cash float, cancelled invoices, and deferred accounts
- Manage promo, penalty, returns, and unfulfilled clearing activities
- Handle customer claims, admin fees, and trucking charge transfers to AP
- Process debit and credit memos, ensuring correct account postings
- Issue and print official receipts, sales invoices, and credit memos
- Prepare weekly overdue scorecards (WOS), WORR, ARO reports, and channel-wise aging analysis
- Prepare deferred accounts reports and intercompany sales invoices reconciliations
- Maintain unliquidated employee advances reporting
- Support month-end close and ensure all AR postings are completed timely
- Handle customer and internal stakeholder queries
- Support audits and internal control checks
- Guide analysts on transaction processing and system usage
- 3–5 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA AR processes
- Knowledge of clearing, adjustments, deferred revenue, promo, returns, and distributor accounting
- Strong reconciliation and issue-resolution skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage high-volume and complex transactions
