Job Description

The Industrial Engineer of CW Home Depot is responsible to handle THD’s Document and Records Control Process. Also, to monitor implementation of QMS for all applicable branches.

• Handles company’s documentation of processes as the need arise and ensures that these undergo Documents and Records Control Procedure.
• Generate, standardize and update THD’s business processes
• Document / map incoming and existing procedures, work instructions and guidelines for Core and Support group.
• Monitor QMS implementation thru Process Audit using IE Tools
• Communicate to all concerned personnel / department and establish appropriate training of new and revised procedures
• Devise Training Modules / Instructional Manual
• Conduct weekly store visit and perform actual Intranet, Emails and layman signage per area
• Conduct process coaching for key personnel
• Handle IE related projects given by the Management
• Perform other tasks assigned from time to time

We are looking for someone who is:

• At least a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
• Preferably with knowledge of Quality Management System
• Knowledgeable of the IE / Quality Control Tools
• Knowledge in retail store setup an advantage
• With strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays
