Area Sales Manager (NCR 1)
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and manage field sales teams within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, strengthening dealer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in telecom, mobile phone, or retail sales
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledgeable in mobile phone products, market trends, and competitor activities
- Willing to travel and perform fieldwork within Caloocan, Malabon, Marikina, Navotas, Pateros, Pasay, Quezon, Manila, San Juan, and Valenzuela areas
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets and business objectives
- Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Executives to maximize team performance
- Manage dealer networks, key accounts, store operations, and client acquisition activities
- Ensure effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, merchandising, and brand visibility initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; recommend actions to improve results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and customers
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Inventory teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Resolve escalated customer and partner concerns while maintaining long-term business relationships
